In a little over 24 hours, I’m jetting away from some R&R…You all have driven me to the point that I need a break!

J/K, this has been planned for awhile. I must say I’m a little nervous leaving the playground open for you folks. Lord only knows what I might come back to find. I feel like a parent who’s leaving their children alone for the first time.

No, don’t feel bad. I dunno. I guess it’s just my opinion that we should give him a bit of space sometimes, and that night was one of those times. Yes, I’ve been guilty of it in the past, and when I saw the video I shot I felt bad for what I’d done, and I’ve never done it again. If it was a Taylor event, that’s one thing. When he’s there as a fan (even if he gets up and jams), it’s another.

Nobody is going to make me feel bad about enjoying that vid. Many of us never get a chance to see Taylor in that atmosphere.
And I agree , if he really really did not want to be taped , he or Bill would have told her to shut the damn thing off. I think he would worry more if no one wanted to tape.
Its my opinion for whats it worth, not much probably, that he wants a little of this stuff to get out to the fans that are worried thats he forgotten how to do it.
But yes, I do get sick of the “oh, look what I got, arent’ I cool and I have special access” crap.

Hey y’all, Tay gave us great news on his Bday! Tay has 2 weeks off begining Feb.9,2009 from Grease. Now we know why. He will, I sure be on the telly, promoting his new CD and hopefully singing a single from it. Hicks can keep a secret and is smart. This has obviously been well planned for quite awhile, down to the announcement date, and his over 4 weeks off time from the Grease tour. For all we know it may already be half recorded. Asses will come back from vacation to great news and a bar video. Love you guys..Keep the faith!

Great news that Taylor’s going to release his new album in Feb! I think he’s been working on it throughout the last year. He just has to sit in the studio and record it which shouldn’t take much time. Really excited and curious to hear the new songs. I’m betting since there’s limited funds to market it they are using Grease publicity as a way to market it. I bet that’s why he chose to do Grease. I’m not one of those that thinks he really loves doing it. I think it’s a means to an end. That makes sense to me.
But yes, I do get sick of the “oh, look what I got, arent’ I cool and I have special access” crap.
I agree this gets very tiring. A lot of people are guilty of this though. I noticed that one gal that runs that Morphan blog is so set on acting like she’s got the inside scoop. Spin, wasn’t she just some poster on MFOYA? Now she claims to have inside info like she’s the new MFOYA or something? 🙄

Don’t know anything about morph but have read her comment that when something comes out she will say she new long before but didn’t say anything. I don’t care for the way things are presented over there, to sit and ridicule the man is just wrong, I think todays announcement shows the man knows what he is doing as far as his career choices and how to get the most out of it.

Hey I’ll settle for news or video from anyone. I did not know who Claudia/Tayfan was until about a week ago. However I do recall reading a few months ago about the big fan who moved to Bham to be closer to Tay and I assume she is the one. It seems the long time locals give him space and that is good. Have always been pleasantly surprised that past girlfriends and others have not tried to come forward with some dirt. I think it is a testimony to his character as well as that southern hospitality that he is respected in his home town.

Chill regarding spots, this one of my favorite childrens’ story I read to my kids. Its about this leopard who wanted to be in the Zoo, spent time changing the colors of his spots, titled Put Me In The Zoo. Apt correlation perhaps. hahaha
